How Sashi’s Fund Works
Sashi’s Fund provides financial assistance to pet parents for medically necessary, life-saving veterinary care. The fund helps cover the cost of critical treatments such as soft-tissue surgery, diagnostic testing, and other essential veterinary services that improve and protect a pet’s quality of life. All applications are reviewed individually and approved on a case-by-case basis to ensure funds are directed to the most urgent and eligible medical needs
To apply for assistance through Sashi’s Fund, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Residency: Live in Manassas, Manassas Park, or Prince William County.
Income Eligibility: Have an income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level or qualify for government assistance programs such as SNAP or Medicaid.
Documentation: Provide proof of residency and income or government assistance.
