How the Feline Fund Helped Finnikin Heal

Meet Finnikin! This sweet indoor/outdoor kitty gave his family quite a scare about a month ago. His human noticed some blood on his tail, but before she could fully assess the injury, Finnikin disappeared for a while. When he finally returned, the area had worsened significantly and clearly needed medical attention.

Faced with limited finances, his devoted Mom made the heartbreaking call to cancel his appointment, explaining the situation. But her love and concern for Finnikin didn’t go unnoticed. Understanding the difficult position she was in, Anicira immediately reached back out to let her know we could help; thanks to our Feline Fund, which provides financial assistance for veterinary care.

Finnikin’s mom shares, “The staff are so understanding and kind. We are so very thankful for the caring and wonderful people that work there.”
