Anicira Receives Grant to Help Sick & Injured Cats

We’re thrilled to share that we’ve received $8,200 from the Community Foundation of the Central Blue Ridge for the David Feline Medical Assistance Fund! This funding is dedicated to helping sick and injured cats in Augusta County and the cities of Staunton and Waynesboro. Please spread the word and contact us if you are in need of assistance.

This grant has already made a difference for pets like Maggie, a sweet cat who was dumped on a family’s property and rescued by her new loving caregivers. Soon after, Maggie developed a severe upper respiratory infection. Thanks to the David Feline Medical Assistance Fund, we provided the treatment she needed to recover and thrive.
