Indy’s Emergency Success Story

It’s impossible to watch your pet at all times, and Indy proved how quickly trouble can start when she swallowed an entire rock. Due to initial X-rays showing that it was stuck in her small intestine, Indy’s mom brought her to Anicira with the expectation that she’d need surgery. Repeat imaging revealed that the rock had made its way to the rectum, though, so one of our talented veterinarians safely removed it with a non-invasive procedure.
