Happy Neuter Year! 132 Cats Neutered and Vaccinated for Free

Our Happy Neuter Year event was a huge success! 132 cats each received free neuter surgeries, vaccines, and microchips all in one busy day! The event was held to help reduce the overwhelming number of homeless cats entering the local animal shelter. Thanks to our incredible team and amazing supporters, we were able to help cats from 100 families in our neighborhood.

Last year, RHSPCA saw an increase in cats entering their shelter. This increase was attributed to the overpopulation of community cats. Spaying and neutering cats who have homes directly reduces overcrowding in the shelter by preventing more unexpected litters.
