Sashi’s Fund Saves Krystal from Economic Euthanasia

Initially brought in by her mom for an end-of-life consultation, Krystal needed a surgery her family couldn’t afford. Economic euthanasia seemed like the only option. Thanks to Sashi’s Fund, we provided Krystal with the life-changing mammary mass removal surgery she needed.

Anicira Helps 672 Pets at Healthy Pets Event

Anicira welcomed hundreds of pet families to Hillandale Park in Harrisonburg on Saturday, October 11th for our first Healthy Pets Event. A total of 672 dogs and cats received free vaccines and resources during the event.

Hope Within Reach: Chopper’s Affordable Path to Recovery

Chopper’s life took an unexpected turn when was diagnosed with incurable bone cancer. An oncologist recommended surgery, but the estimated cost of $10,000 for the procedure and overnight stay was a significant barrier. Our team provided Chopper with an affordable amputation surgery which brought much-needed relief to Chopper and his family.

Aiden’s Friend Fund and Feline Fund help pets in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County receive veterinary care. Pet families must qualify for Medicaid or other government assistance to receive funds. Click here to learn more.
