Aidan’s Friend Fund & Feline Financial Assistance Fund

Aidan, a miniature Poodle mix, was rescued from life on a chain. Shortly after his rescue, his mom started Aidan’s Fund to help Harrisonburg and Rockingham County underserved families afford spay/neuter surgery for their pets.

Aidan, a miniature Poodle mix, was rescued from life on a chain. Shortly after his rescue, his mom started Aidan’s Fund to help Harrisonburg and Rockingham County underserved families afford spay/neuter surgery for their pets. Residents of the City of Harrisonburg or Rockingham County qualify for a $40 spay/neuter fee. Since its inception, over 2,000 dogs have been assisted.

Feline Fund helps Harrisonburg and Rockingham County families access veterinary care for their cats.

Aidan’s Fund and Feline Fund provide pet parents financial assistance with veterinary care. To qualify, clients are required to:

  • Live in Harrisonburg or Rockingham County
  • Have an income is at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level
  • Provide proof of residency and income/government assistance
