Resource Center Team

The first voices you hear when you call Anicira are those of our resource center team. Friendly and knowledgeable, they’re here to listen, answer your questions, and schedule appointments. They serve as a bridge between pet parents and our medical team, offering guidance and reassurance from the very first moment you reach out.

Client Services Representatives (CSRs)

Our client services representatives are the first people you’ll meet when you arrive. In addition to greeting you, checking you in, and assisting with paperwork, they manage many responsibilities behind the scenes to keep the hospital running efficiently. Their focus is always on making your experience seamless and ensuring both you and your pet feel supported.

Veterinary Nurses

Behind every healthy, healing pet is a veterinary nurse lending both skill and compassion. Their responsibilities range from gathering medical histories and monitoring pets during recovery to administering treatments and offering comfort to anxious patients. They are essential to our ability to provide high-quality patient care and effective client education.

Licensed Veterinary Technicians/Registered Veterinary Technicians (LVTs or RVTs)

Our licensed or registered veterinary technicians bring advanced training and state credentials that qualify them for specialized responsibilities. They conduct diagnostic testing, manage anesthesia with precision, provide advanced nursing care, and are vital members of your pet’s care team. Their expertise ensures that every pet receives the highest level of medical support.

Doctors of Veterinary Medicine (DVMs)

At the heart of our medical team are our veterinarians. These doctors wear many hats—surgeons, dentists, diagnosticians, and teachers. With compassion and dedication, they use their knowledge and skills to diagnose illnesses, create treatment plans, perform surgeries, and guide your pet’s care.
