Drop-off Appointment Policies
Drop-off appointments allow our team to work your pet into the doctor’s schedule without requiring you to stay in the clinic. To ensure that your pet receives the best care possible, we ask that you take note of the following policies:
This gives our veterinary team the time needed to complete a thorough examination, perform diagnostics, and provide treatments during the day.
When you drop off your pet, please allow 15 minutes for a team member to meet with you and gather a comprehensive history of your pet. This helps us better understand your pet’s needs and reasons for their visit. If you’re unable to provide a detailed history at the time of drop-off, please inform our team at the time of scheduling so that we can arrange to gather the information from you by phone.
Please make sure to leave the best phone number where you can be reached throughout the day. It is very important that you remain available so our doctors and medical team can quickly contact you to discuss your pet’s treatment plan and recommendations.
If there are any diagnostic tests that we anticipate your pet may need, we will discuss them with you during the check-in process for pre-authorization. We’ll provide you with a treatment plan to review the cost so that we can proceed with the necessary diagnostic testing without delay to get the answers we need to treat your pet’s condition.
