Drop-off Appointment Policies

Drop-off appointments allow our team to work your pet into the doctor’s schedule without requiring you to stay in the clinic. To ensure that your pet receives the best care possible, we ask that you take note of the following policies:

1. Please drop off your pet by 7:30 a.m.

This gives our veterinary team the time needed to complete a thorough examination during the day.

2. Comprehensive History at Initial Check-In

When you drop off your pet, a team member will take a comprehensive history. This helps us better understand your pet’s needs. If you’re in a hurry and unable to provide a detailed history at that time, please inform the front desk. We can arrange to gather the information by phone later in the day.

3. Contact Information

Make sure to leave the best phone number where you can be reached throughout the day. It’s important that you remain available so our doctors can quickly contact you to discuss your pet’s treatment plan and any findings.

4. Diagnostic Approvals

If there are any diagnostics that you anticipate your pet may need, please discuss and approve them ahead of time. We’ll provide you with an estimate so that we can proceed with the necessary tests without delay.
