Dr. Baldassari has more than 12 years of experience in veterinary medicine and is passionate about helping pets live happier, healthier lives. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Texas A&M University and completed an internship in Emergency, Critical Care, and Surgery at the Animal Emergency Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Baldassari is also Fear Free Elite certified and a certified Cat Friendly professional through the Feline Veterinary Medical Association.
After beginning her career in emergency medicine, Dr. Baldassari found her passion in general practice and preventative care. Her special interests include pediatrics, geriatrics, dentistry, behavior counseling, and Fear Free handling techniques. She enjoys helping pet owners better understand their pets’ needs through education, enrichment, and positive reinforcement training.
Outside of work, Dr. Baldassari enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, paddling on the water, and visiting the ocean. She shares her home with two rescue dogs, Leia and Luke, and a rescue cat.
