Stephanie has been a valued member of the Anicira team for nearly nine years, joining Anicira after five years at PetSmart PetsHotel. As a Client Service Representative, Stephanie finds deep meaning in supporting pet parents through urgent and stressful situations, ensuring both pets and their owners feel cared for and heard. Her patient, attentive, and compassionate approach helps guide clients through difficult moments while providing the best possible care for their pets.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and two-year-old daughter, as well as soaking up the coastal life at her family’s beach house in Ocean View, DE. Stephanie is also passionate about live music and cherishes the memories of her late cat, Ted, often sharing his story with Anicira clients. Stephanie’s dedication to clear, compassionate communication and her love for animals make her a trusted and empathetic presence for everyone who walks through Anicira’s doors.
