Over the past four years working in veterinary medicine, Mia has experienced supporting a wide range of patient cases, some very severe, which deepened her commitment to helping pets in need. Mia initially explored the veterinary field through a Penn Foster LVT program and an internship.
As a CSR, Mia is an advocate for animals, and especially values supporting pets and clients who may not have access to the care they need. Organized and detail-oriented, Mia approaches her work with careful planning and precision, bringing a thoughtful perspective to every pet family she supports.
Mia describes herself as a dedicated dachshund lover and proud dog mom to Izzie, a Mini Australian Shepherd, whom she rescued from a puppy mill.
