Friendly and outgoing, Maria enjoys meeting new people and embracing life’s adventures—whether it’s forming lasting connections or taking on bold challenges like skydiving. Working in veterinary medicine has strengthened her commitment to advocating for pets and ensuring they receive the care and compassion they need.
Outside of work, Maria treasures time with her four grandchildren and cares for her impressive collection of houseplants. She also shares her life with a beloved crew of animals: Adessa Jade, her loyal Pit Bull; Sugar Cookie, a sweet Miniature Horse; and Hotdog, a once-stray cat who has become part of the family.
