Lesly pursued her lifelong passion for helping animals by earning her Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) degree from Northern Virginia Community College, graduating in 2017. She joined the Anicira team in 2021 and has since become a valued member of the surgery and dentistry team. Lesly thrives on learning new skills and techniques, always seeking ways to provide the best possible care for her patients.
She is a devoted pet parent to two tripod cats, Maggie and Ralphie, as well as a rescue Pomeranian/Husky mix named Ghost—named after a half-dog creature from one of her favorite shows, Game of Thrones. Her pets bring joy and inspiration to her life both inside and outside the clinic.
Outside of work, Lesly enjoys exploring her love of food by trying out new cooking and baking recipes. She also loves traveling and, when the weather allows, spending weekends hiking or visiting new wineries with friends.
