Karen has been working in veterinary medicine for eight years and brings a strong passion for helping pets and their families to her role. As Harrisonburg’s Lead Client Services Representative, Karen oversees the front desk operations. Karen has recently completed a leadership and management course through the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA) and is excited to develop her skills as a leader at Anicira.
Karen values the opportunity to support pet families by providing affordable veterinary care and advocates for those animals who cannot speak for themselves. She is known for her caring approach toward clients and their pets and is dedicated to creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through Anicira’s doors.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys staying active and loves spending time with her Orange Tabby, Mufasa — a foster fail from RHSPCA — as well as caring for the foster kittens she regularly welcomes into her home.
