Andrea was born and raised in Northern Virginia, where her deep connection to animals began early in life. From a young age, she knew she wanted to dedicate her career to working with animals, and this passion ultimately led her to pursue a role in veterinary care. At Anicira, Andrea finds great fulfillment in supporting pets and their families, especially those who might otherwise face barriers to accessing affordable medical care. She firmly believes that pets are beloved family members who bring joy, comfort, and enrichment to the lives of everyone around them.
In addition to her work in veterinary care, Andrea is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. She enjoys developing her skills in the “people” side of management, which complements her compassionate approach to helping others.
When she’s not working or studying, Andrea enjoys an active lifestyle that includes sailing, water sports, and spending relaxing days at the beach. She is also an avid gardener, a fan of country music, and practices jiu-jitsu. Andrea values quality time with her family, which includes her spouse, stepsons, and their beloved dogs and cats.
