Pit Bulls and Pit Bull mixes residing in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County can receive $40 spay/neuter surgeries through Anicira’s Pit Fix Program. The program was created to help address the overrepresentation of homeless Pit Bulls and mixes in our community.
